Comment: Flux measurements over the radio wavelengths to detect bursts of radio noise and to derive CME and shock properties in the solar wind. Some bands are of particular interest, e.g. the solar radio flux emitted in the 2700-2900 MHz band, centered around 10.7 cm wavelength, is a commonly used indicator of solar activity (f10.7).
