  • National programme of Kazakhstan - Kazakhstan National Space Agency (Kazcosmos) responsible of development and operations.
  • The platforms are actively stabilised over 3 axes.
  • Orbits: sunsynchronus around 10:30 ECT.
  • The design life time is 7 years.
  • The satellites are launched at short time interval.
