Purpose Measurement of charged and neutral components of energetic particle fluxes (energy spectra and elemental, isotopic and charge composition)
Short description Assemblage of three units to measure: 1) fluxes of nuclei with Z ranging from 1 to 20 with energy 1.5-19 MeV/n (for 4He) and 3.7-4.6 MeV/n (for 20Ne); 2) cosmic rays by measuring spectra of electrons (0.5-12 MeV), protons (1-200 MeV) and alpha-particles (120-240 MeV); and 3) neutrons (> 30 MeV), protons (11-108 MeV and 200-500 MeV), and other cosmic rays in the range 1-500 MeV
